Betty Rose Jerald was born July 14,1948 to the late Leroy Jordan and Lois Isaac Jordan in Aiken County, South Carolina. She departed this life on November 07, 2022, in Augusta, Georgia.
Betty Jerald joined the Baughmanville Baptist Church at an early age. She was educated in the Aiken County Public School System and graduated high school from A.L. Corbette. She continued her education at NC A&T University and completed her bachelor's in business administration at SC State University. She retired from the SC Department of Health and Human Services. During her retirement, she spent time at "The Center" whenever she could.
Betty Jerald was married to the love of her life William "Bill" Collins Jerald Jr, and to this union were born two (2) children, and one (1) grandchild. Bill Jerald departed this life in November 2009 in Augusta, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her father- in-law William Collins Jerald Sr, mothers-in-law Janie Jerald and Adrian Smith. Jerald, and a brother Leboy Jordan.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories one (1) son Bryan K. Jordan of North Augusta, SC, one (1) daughter Kelita Jerald Evans of Charlotte, NC, one (1) special daughter-in law Lakecia S. Jordan of North Augusta, SC, one (1) daughter/niece Elana M. Robinson (Lehron) of Charlotte, NC, and one (1) grand-daughter Aaliyah B. Jordan of North August, SC. five (5) siblings Kenneth Jordan (Veronica) of Wagener, SC, Teresa J. Felder of Wagener, SC, Mary J. Price (Jerome) of Greensboro, NC, Brenda J. Outen of Charlotte, NC, and Daryl Jordan of Aiken, SC. Two (2) aunts Gladys Gardner of Miami, FLA. and Daisy Miller of Aiken, SC, and one (1) Uncle Milton Smith of Lumberton, NC. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services for Mrs Jerald will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022 10:00 AM at Baughmanville Baptist Church, Wagener, SC. There will be a viewing on Friday November 11 from 2 to 6 pm at the J. H. Robinson Funeral Home in Wagener, SC.
